to the Tasmanian Parliament.
- The list is written
at the end of each sitting week, so is progressively updated during
the year.
- Text of a bill is
as first presented to Parliament, subsequent prints are not available.
- Dates
that the bills passed the various stages are accessed via the "view progress" link
next to the bill name.
- To find amendments
proposed in each house please consult the Votes and Proceedings HA LC.
- To access debate
on the bill use the on-line
Hansard, HA LC.
- Copies of Tasmanian
Acts are available on-line.
- Fact sheets, explantory memoranda and clause notes
for Bills are available from the Parliamentary Library via inter-library
loan
upon request: library@parliament.tas.gov.au.
- A list of the bills
currently before Parliament is available via the Progress
of Bills page.
~ 2002 bills list
begins after the State Election held on the 20th of July, so only bills
presented after that date are available.
~ 2nd reading speeches, clause notes and fact sheets from 2009.
