NSCC - Extreme Team Youth Group

There is an old saying, one persons loss is another persons gain. Or in this case, one groups loss is another groups gain. Unfortunately, the Hadspen PCYC has recently disbanded. As a result of this, they had some surplus equipment to distribute to the community. The Extreme Team Youth Group, based at the Northern Suburbs Community Centre (NSCC) Rocherlea, gratefully received a donation of two much needed portable basketball hoops as a result of this closure. This donation of much needed equipment was achieved as a result of a partnership between Local Government, Police and Community. I was able to work with Rhonda Edlinger (PCYC Hadspen), Jane Chapman (NSCC) and Constable Phil Smith (L'ton PCYC) to achieve this positive outcome for the youth of the Northern Suburbs. The Extreme Team Youth Team and I say a heartfelt thanks to Hadspen PCYC for this generous donation.
