About the role
The role provides strategic leadership, operational management, and professional direction to the LRS team, ensuring Members of Parliament receive independent, timely, high-quality, confidential services.
Reporting to the Executive Director, Legislature-General, the role ensures services remain contemporary, authoritative, and aligned with parliamentary needs, while safeguarding the highest standards of impartiality, confidentiality, accuracy, and professional integrity.
The Manager leads innovation in library and research service delivery, library collections and knowledge resource management, and digital information practices across the Parliament, supporting improved access to information, enhanced analytical capability, and the ongoing development of modern, client-focused parliamentary services.
