Expungement of Historical Offences Amendment Bill 2024 Inquiry
Submissions for this Inquiry closed on Monday 20 January 2025. The Inquiry will consider and report on matters related to gender and equality impacts of the proposed payment of compensation under the Bill. The Committee will assess mechanisms for compensation or redress payments and the mechanism by which such payments should be determined, in relation to the Bill and welcomes evidence regarding these matters.
